What are my options for purchasing GeGe products?

You can choose to make a single purchase or order the Monthly Box. By subscribing to the Monthly Box, a 4-pack box will be delivered every 4 weeks. With the Monthly Box, you save 10% off the regular delivery. If the baby is a more active user of diapers or pants, the delivery frequency can be adjusted so that the box comes more often.

Can I select multiple diaper or pant sizes for my box?

There can be several products (sizes, pants, and/or diapers) per one delivery. Nevertheless, when it comes to the subscription, it will be delivered as separate shipments.

What size should I order?

Our size guide is a great start to knowing how well the diapers/pants will fit your baby! Things to keep in mind when choosing the right diaper size for your little one:

  • What is the current weight of the baby?
  • What size are you buying now?

Can I order without registration?

All orders can be processed only after account registration.

 

THE MONTHLY BOX

I can’t change my Monthly Box subscription. What is happening?

If you can’t change your Monthly Box, this means that delivery is already processed. You can easily check this in the account under “My orders”. Changes to subscription can be done up to 5 days before the scheduled delivery date for each delivery.

How can I customize my delivery date and frequency?

Delivery can be easily adjusted in your account! Log in to User Account and there you can change the delivery dates, frequency, address, and payment method.

I want to switch my subscription of diapers to pants (or vice versa). How can I do that?

In your account at Monthly Box will be the option to Change Product, which will allow switching between Diapers and Pants or sizes, as well as the delivery method. If an order is already in process or just went through the system, product selection cannot be changed. The new product you selected will be shipped with the next order.

THE TRIAL PACKAGE

When does my Trial Package turn into a subscription?

10 days after the Trial Package order is placed, you will be automatically enrolled into a full Monthly Box subscription (4 diaper packs delivered every 4 weeks). After enrollment, subscribers can customize delivery frequency and products. Remember that with Monthly Box you receive -10% off from the regular delivery!

 

PAYMENTS

What methods of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro. Payment security is protected by Stripe.

What should I do if my payment is not accepted?

If a payment has been declined due to an unknown reason, we suggest trying another payment method. If that’s not possible, please contact us: support@thegege.com. We remind, that a payment may be declined if you have entered incorrect payment information or there are not enough funds on the chosen account to make the payment.

Can I cancel my order?

When an order is placed on our website, we immediately begin processing it to ensure prompt delivery. We’re unable to cancel or change an order once it’s been submitted.

Is it possible to change the delivery address after the order has been placed?

When an order is placed on our website, we immediately begin processing it to ensure prompt delivery. We’re unable to change an order, including the delivery address, once it’s been submitted. If you need support, please contact support@thegege.com. Submitted changes will be done to your next order.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship our products to Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

Usually order should reach you within 1-5 business days after we receive payment and process order. If you still haven’t received order after 5 business days, please contact us for assistance: support@thegege.com

I have received damaged products. What is your return policy?

Where can I enter a discount code?

How does money-back-guarantee work?

If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us at support@thegege.com and we will reimburse you entirely! Please note that the package must contain at least 90% of unused diapers before return.

How are the products tested?

As conscious adults, we make sure that our products are as environmentally friendly as possible and that they are made by ethical standards  — so no testing on animals!

When it comes to product quality, we use simple key techniques in the lab:

  • Wetness absorption — our products have up to 2x faster absorption than other brands on the market. This means that the liquid stays in the diaper/pants and does not leak. Quick absorption is critical to limit humidity on the baby’s skin and reduce potential skin rashes.
  • Wetness distribution: more even distribution means less risk of wet pants and more space for big things
  • Wetness blocking: our products are absorbent for longer than top competitor brands (up to 12h of absorption!)
  • Dermatologically tested — the product is highly reliable and safe even for the most sensitive skin.

Is GeGe packaging environmentally friendly?
