Full Refund: We offer a full refund in cases of product damage or defects caused during manufacturing or shipping. Please contact our support team immediately if you receive a damaged or defective product.

Refunds cover the product value but do not include original shipping costs.
To receive a refund, the product must be returned within 14 days of delivery in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
To ensure it’s production damage, we will require additional photo proof of the damage.

BALTICS (Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania): Returns are quick and automated! Upon delivery, you’ll receive a QR code for easy returns through DPD Locker, making sending items back at your convenience simple.
