Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: We offer a full refund in cases of product damage or defects caused during manufacturing or shipping. Please contact our support team immediately if you receive a damaged or defective product.
    • Refunds cover the product value but do not include original shipping costs.
    • To receive a refund, the product must be returned within 14 days of delivery in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
    • Some of our products cannot be returned once their hygiene seal has been broken, for health and safety reasons. This applies to: diapers and pull-up pants; BOOBEES. Nipple SOS for breastfeeding; skincare and cosmetic products.

      If the product is still sealed, your full 14-day right of withdrawal applies. Damaged or defective products are always covered, sealed or not.
    • To ensure it's production damage, we will require additional photo proof of the damage.

Return Process

Return Timeline: Packages must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Our team will ensure the package is successfully received.

Returns are quick and automated! Upon delivery, you'll receive a QR code for easy returns through DPD Locker, making sending items back at your convenience simple.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. To make this as easy as possible, we offer two options:

  • We arrange the return for you: We can book a DPD courier to collect your parcel directly from your address. Before we go ahead, we'll confirm the exact shipping cost with you (this varies by country). If you're happy with it, the courier fee will simply be deducted from your refund.
  • You arrange the return yourself: You can send the item back using any courier of your choice. Please keep your tracking number and ship the parcel to our warehouse address. Once we receive it, we'll process your full product refund.
