HOW DOES IT WORK?

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at info@thegege.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We are happy to issue a product refund for items returned in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We offer two options:

• We arrange pickup: GEGE books a DPD courier to collect the item from you. The shipping cost is deducted from your refund.
• You arrange return: Send the item back using any courier of your choice. Once we receive the goods, we issue a full product refund.

REFUNDS

We will usually refund your order within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Please note that it might take longer for a refund to appear in your account as transfers between payment systems may take additional time.

Please note that the refund does not include original order shipping costs.
