Eco Comfort Menstrual Cup

1. Folding the cup: To make insertion easier, fold the menstrual cup into various shapes, such as tulip, seven, C, or S. Experiment with different folds to find what’s most comfortable for you.
2. Placement: Wash your hands thoroughly. Insert the folded cup into your vagina, parallel to the tailbone. Once in, give it a gentle twist to ensure the cup opens fully and seals around the vaginal walls.
3. Use duration: The cup can remain in place for up to 12 hours, but if you have a heavy flow, empty and rinse it after 5-6 hours.
4. Prevent leaks: After inserting the cup, press gently around the edges to ensure the cup has opened fully. This will prevent any potential side leakage.
5. Removal: To remove, pinch the bottom of the cup to break the vacuum seal and gently pull it out. Be careful to avoid spills.
6. Remove and clean: When removing, gently pinch the base of the cup to release the suction and then remove it. Clean the cup thoroughly before reusing.

1. Add water: Pour water into the CupCare case up to the indicated mark inside. 
2. Place menstrual cup: Put the menstrual cup or disc that needs to be sterilized inside the CupCare case. 
3. Close lid: Securely close the lid of the CupCare case.
4. Microwave: Place the CupCare case into the microwave and heat for 1-2 minutes.
5. Wait for steam effect: After the microwave stops, let the CupCare case sit for 5 minutes to allow the steam to fully sanitize the cup.
