Sizes & products

What size should I order?

Go by your baby's weight rather than their age. If they're between two sizes, size up - a slightly loose diaper leaks less than a tight one.

GEGE Diapers

Size Weight Per pack Per monthly box
Midi 3 4–9 kg 52 208
Maxi 4 7–14 kg 44 176

GEGE Pants

Size Weight Per pack Per monthly box
Maxi 4 9–15 kg 40 160
Junior 5 12–17 kg 36 144
XL 6 15+ kg 32 128

Tap a size to go straight to it.

Can I have more than one size in my box?

Yes. You can combine sizes, and mix diapers and pants in the same subscription. They may arrive as separate parcels.

What's different about the pants?

They're made with Lycra, so they stretch and move with a baby who won't lie still. That also makes them more breathable, and much quicker to change than a diaper.

What makes GEGE different?

We asked thousands of parents what actually goes wrong in everyday baby care, and built the products around those answers. The subscription exists for the same reason - so you never discover at 6am that you've run out.

How are the products tested?

Never on animals. In the lab we measure four things:

  • Absorption speed - up to twice as fast as other brands, so liquid moves away from the skin instead of sitting against it.
  • Distribution - spread evenly rather than pooling in one place, which is what causes leaks.
  • Blocking - up to 12 hours of absorption, so night-time holds.
  • Dermatological testing - safe on the most sensitive skin.
Is the packaging recyclable?

Yes, and it's BPA-free. Please recycle it.

Ordering

Do I need an account to order?

Yes. Orders are processed through your account, which is also where you manage a subscription, track deliveries and request returns.

Where do I enter a discount code?

In the discount code field at checkout - enter it and click Apply. Gift card codes go in the same field.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is submitted we start packing it straight away, so we usually can't change or stop it - including the delivery address.

That doesn't affect your rights. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase and send it back, as long as the packaging is unopened. See returns below.

If something is wrong, message us as soon as you can and we'll do what we can: info@thegege.com

How do I hear about offers?

Join our newsletter - the sign-up is at the bottom of every page.

Subscription

How does the subscription work?

You choose your product and size, and a box arrives on a schedule you set. You save up to 27% compared with buying one pack at a time, and delivery is free.

Skip, pause or cancel any time from your account.

How often will my box arrive?

As often as you want - you set the frequency when you subscribe, and you can change it whenever you like. Most parents adjust it once or twice as their baby grows.

How do I change my delivery date or frequency?

In your account. You can change dates, frequency, address and payment method there.

Why can't I change my next box?

Because the order has already been created. Any change needs to be made the day before your next delivery is due - after that it's in the system and we can't alter it. You can check the status under "My orders".

Can I switch between diapers and pants?

Yes. In your account choose Change Product, and you can switch between diapers, pants and sizes. If an order is already processing, the change applies from the next delivery.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal. Card payments are secured by Stripe.

Delivery

How long will my order take?

Between 1 and 8 working days, depending on the country. The full country list is on our shipping page.

Order before 13:00 on a working day and we send it the same day. After 13:00, at weekends or on public holidays, it goes out the next working day.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Across the EU. The full list, with delivery times and costs for each country, is on our shipping page.

How do I track my order?

Once it's dispatched you'll get an email with your DPD tracking number and a link to follow the parcel.

My order hasn't arrived. What now?

Check your DPD tracking link first - most delayed parcels are sitting at a pickup point waiting to be collected. If it's been more than 10 working days since dispatch, message us and we'll chase it.

Returns & refunds

How do returns work?

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. The product needs to come back in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging.

Refunds cover the product value but not the original delivery cost. Returns also carry a €1 payment-system fee and the cost of return delivery, which depends on where you are.

Start a return from your account, or through Request a return.

Which products can't be returned once opened?

For health and safety reasons, anything with a hygiene seal can't be returned once that seal is broken:

  • diapers and pull-up pants
  • BOOBEES. Nipple SOS for breastfeeding
  • skincare and cosmetic products

If the seal is intact, your full 14-day right of withdrawal applies. Damaged or faulty products are always covered, sealed or not.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

If a product is damaged or faulty - whether that happened in manufacturing or in transit - you get a full refund. Message us as soon as you notice and we'll sort it out.

Pregnancy After 35

What Science Really Says (And Why Age Is Only Part of the Story)

“I waited until my career felt stable. I found the right partner. We finally felt ready — and then everyone started telling me I’d waited too long.”

If you’re thinking about getting pregnant after thirty-five, you’ve almost certainly heard the warnings — the ticking biological clock, the confident predictions that you’ll “need IVF,” the blanket claim that pregnancy after thirty-five is high risk and the odds are stacked against you. Repeated often enough, and usually stripped of any context, those messages start to sound like established fact. The truth is a good deal more reassuring than the headlines let on.
