When everything hurt, but the baby still needed to be fed.

No one told me breastfeeding could be this hard. On Instagram everything looks calm and beautiful, but in reality… your nipples hurt so much that your shirt sticks to the cracks, and you sit there shirtless, hoping it will pass.

I tried creams, but I had to wash them off before every feeding, and they stained my bras anyway — as if leaking milk on my clothes wasn’t enough.

Then I tried beeswax breast discs. They’re soft, they don’t stick, don’t melt, don’t stain… and for the first time I felt like my skin was protected and actually improving. Of course, don’t expect results overnight — give the discs some time to do their job, and after a couple of days you’ll see the difference.

If you’re in this stage right now — I understand. And if you’re looking not just for a product, but for a solution, these discs were exactly that for me.

Breastfeeding discomfort isn’t rare — and I finally found something that actually helped.

After giving birth, I quickly realized that breastfeeding is physically demanding. Statistics say that up to 80% of women experience cracks and irritation in the first weeks — and I was one of them.

Friction, moisture, an imperfect latch… all of it affected my skin. Creams helped only partially, because they couldn’t protect me from the mechanical irritation.

I discovered beeswax breast discs by accident. I loved the idea that they are natural, plastic-free, reusable, and that beeswax is a natural emollient.

When I started using them, the first sensation was warmth and softness. They mold to the skin and create a gentle protective layer that allows the skin to rest. That was exactly what I was missing between feedings.

Breastfeeding isn’t only closeness. It can also be pain.

When my little one was born, I was prepared for challenges — but not for how much my nipples could hurt. The skin cracked, became irritated, and every touch felt like an electric shock. I felt guilty for not enjoying this bonding moment.

I needed something simple, gentle, and natural. So I tried beeswax breast discs — no fragrance, no chemicals, no promises of miracles.

They didn’t make everything perfect, but they reduced the pain and protected my skin so I could continue breastfeeding without tears.

And for me, that made a huge difference.
