Toimitusajat ovat DPD:n suuntaa antavia arvioita, eivätkä ne sisällä tullausta tai pyhäpäiviä. Käytännössä useimmat paketit saapuvat arvion lyhyemmässä päässä; pidempi aika koskee marras–joulukuun sesonkia ja syrjäisiä alueita, kuten vuoristoja ja saaria. Lopullinen toimituskulu lasketaan kassalla paketin painon ja kohdemaan perusteella. Merkinnällä — varustetuissa maissa tilauksen maksuton toimitus ei ole tällä hetkellä käytössä.

DPD toimittaa pakettiautomaatteihin ja noutopisteisiin seuraavissa maissa: Puola, Saksa, Belgia, Alankomaat, Luxemburg, Ranska, Suomi, Ruotsi, Portugali, Tanska, Espanja, Tšekki, Unkari, Irlanti.
Noutopistetoimituksen enimmäispaino on 10 kg Portugaliin ja 20 kg muihin maihin.

Palautukset
Palautusaika: Paketit on palautettava 14 päivän kuluessa toimituksesta.
