HOW DOES IT WORK?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for some reason, please contact us at support@thegege.com. We have a money-back guarantee, and we are happy to issue a product refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase. The package must contain at least 90% of unused diapers before return.
REFUNDS
We will usually refund your order within 14 days of receiving return goods in our warehouse but please note, that it might take longer for a refund to appear in your account as transfers between payment systems might take a longer time.
